All levels Tower/ Mat
A Tower Class is a group class and incorporates the use of the Wall Unit (Tower) along with mat work. This class provides a challenging mat workout combined with strength training using spring resistance. You will practice classical mat sequences that will target your "Powerhouse." If you are new to Pilates, please call 407-678-3116 to schedule your complimentary Studio Introduction to prepare you for group classes. You may also click here to request an appointment.
Reformer Class
This Reformer class is comprised of exercises executed on special equipment designed to give resistance that both challenge and support the body. The movements that can be done on the equipment have tremendous cross-training benefits with a focus on strengthening your core. This workout will help to tone, strengthen, and stretch the body. Limited to 3 people. Reservation and instructor approval required.
Advanced Mat
Advanced Pilates Mat Class challenges clients rhythm and flow with an up-tempo classical routine combined with advanced exercises on the Wall Unit (Tower). Suitable for strong, experienced clients. Instructor approval required.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
We offer group and private yoga sessions. Our Vinyasa Flow yoga classes offer a movement experience that will improve your posture, alleviate pain and focus your mind & elevate your spirit. Vinyasa yoga is an energetic, flowing sequence of postures linked together with dynamic breathing. Expect to sweat while you build strength and flexibility. This yoga experience is designed to address the entire physical body and integrate mind and spirit. This dynamic flow includes: forward bends, standing and balancing postures, upper body and abdominal work, lateral stretches, twists, backbends and inversions.
