As part of our commitment to your overall health and beauty, we offer two premier methods of simultaneous physical and mental conditioning: Pilates and Yoga.

These low-impact techniques effectively condition the body by focusing on what are not only the most important muscles for health and fitness, but are also the most cosmetic muscle groups: the abdominals, gluteals, and lower back. We offer group and private classes 6 days of the week that can accommodate all fitness levels, including Tower/Mat, Pilates with Props, Advanced Mat, varying levels of Reformer classes, and all levels of Private classes.

We offer group and private yoga sessions. By moving the body in ways that stimulate the kinesthetic senses and align it with your spiritual flow, yoga increases your strength and flexibility while integrating mind, body, and spirit.
Michelle Hartog is Director of our Pilates and Yoga Center, which is conveniently attached to our facility. A lifetime health and fitness fanatic, Michelle has studied ballet since childhood, later on dancing jazz and tap. As a dancer, she was exposed to the Pilates method of Body Conditioning long before it became the popular workout program of the stars. Our other instructors come with varied backgrounds in health, fitness, dance, swimming, equestrian sports triathalons, and hold certifications and degrees in Pilates & Yoga.
