veins. At The Bougainvillea Clinique, we will choose the procedure that
is right for you. PhotoDerm ® VL is a breakthrough in medical technology
for eliminating leg veins safely and effectively, without injections
or incisions. Sclerotherapy is also used to treat unwanted dilated blood
vessels. A very fine needle injects a solution directly into the blood
vessel causing the blood to clot and the lining of the vessel to swell
and stick together. Over a period of a few weeks, the treated veins
then fade away, leaving a clearer, more even appearance.
