The following is a description and photos of an actual breast enlargement patient case.

This 20 year old woman requested a moderately large breast augmentation as she felt it would help her with her modeling career. She also requested correction of the differences in breast size and level of the breasts. Smooth round 475cc implants were used under the muscle and the left size was inflated a little more to improve the symmetry.

She chose to have the incision underneath the breast. The width of the breast area now matches the hips and the curve of the waist is enhanced.

She now has numerous modeling contracts and, in fact, has modeled as a "Budweiser Girl".
